Served with a banh mi baguette, the sauce was prosperous and flavorful plus the beef cheek was so tender it almost dissolved with your mouth. So excellent!The fish is tender and flaky on the inside with a rather charred, caramelized coating. The grilling method presents it smokiness whilst the dill imparts an excellent aroma for the dish.
